One current college QB to pilot the Chiefs, which of these would it be?

I would take almost anyone over our current quarterback situation.

Anyone who is still 'sold' on Thigpen is most likely clinically insane.

Sure, he put up some respectable numbers for a third-string quarterback, and I applaud him for that, but I don't think he would put up the same numbers in a more conventional style of play. I am as guilty as anybody else at believing in the 'Coastal Carolina Kid' whom I once called "The next Tony Romo", but I think everyone knows that he is not our future.

Afraid to Axe Herm?

I'm not saying it is the truth, but does anyone think that Herm being black has anything to do with him still being in town?

- Lost 22 of his last 24 games

- Effectively ran our best player into the ground (although LJ is also running himself into the ground)

- Repeatedly deflects blame with the old excuse 'We are very young'

- One of the worst game time coaches of all time. Always mishandles the clock and uses time outs at very questionable moments.

- Looking at his track record, career record of 54-74

- Was able to make the playoffs in his first year with both the Jets and Chiefs after being handed a decent team in both cases.

I'm tired of the guy, and I really don't see him as a good coach on any level. Maybe we should keep him on as an overpaid motivational speaker?
