I've been a KC Royals fan since day one. In fact, I attended the first game ever at Kauffman Stadium (then Royals Stadium). I also attended many Royals games at Municipal Stadium. Was a KC A's fan before the Royals. I saw many great players play at Municipal Stadium. Guys like Mantle and Ted Williams. I remember watching Lou Piniella play for the Royals at Municipal Stadium. I attended the All Star Game in 1973 at then Royals Stadium. What a thrill seeing Willie Mays, Johnny Bench and others. That was before inter league play so you never got to see these guys except on TV.

Am really looking forward to seeing how all the talent the Royals are accumulating will develop. It's an exciting time to be a Royals fan.
