I'm a devout Hawkeye (and occasional Nittany Lion) with a severe hatred for most human beings. It is likely that you're pissing me off just by reading this. My parents just didn't love me enough.

"If you want to have a wild night, you'd be better off getting down at the University of Iowa." - I'm pretty sure this is the sentiment of the Gopher's football team as well.

I'm still bitter about our loss to them, so I'm happy to post this. Discuss!

Black Heart Gold Pants Iowa Football #2 in the Nation...

...when ranked by players with criminal records*

Another black eye for the program.  I bet if they charged SEC players for what happens on the field it would be much different, but still, a few questions:

1.) Could this crap be the end of Ferentz?

2.) How badly will the UI public affairs botch this one?

3.) Is this inherent to college football and we just buy it?

4.) Why would Stanzi stand for this?

*UPDATE: Upon further reflection, this piece is logically and statistically skewed.  I apologize for posting such drivel.  Enjoy the media sensationalism and comment on the destruction of our society below.

Black Heart Gold Pants Big 10 Expansion vs. SEC Expansion

As a newbie to these blogs and such, I did take note of a number of things.  1.) Iowa fans have better grammar than most and 2.) Big 10 fans are so highly educated that they spend time crafting financial pro formas for potential expansion teams.  This leads me to my next questions: If the SEC were expanding 1.) what could we expect to see on their blogs and 2.) can you write a blog in crayon?
