Why we should take a WR in Free Agency & Not the 2nd Round
I have had enough of countless Titan Fans suggesting we still need to draft a WR, especially so early. Let me clarify why adding any of these Free Agents* would help us NOT wasting a pick on WR. I know some of you would be ecstatic seeing a WR's name pop up in the first two rounds. Adding defense now should be the main focus of every draft. Since most think Babineaux will be resigned, that still leaves holes of Griffin & Finnegan. Which is TWO starters on our defense. Some also suggest our pass rush is weak. We also almost allowed the most rushing yards in the NFL. Yet, there is still some of you that demand we need a WR! If we take a WR at #20 or #52 in this draft, he better be more talented than Britt...
There will be plenty of NFL WR's & RB's in the 2013 draft that we can take including Monte Ball. Here are all my reasons why we shouldn't be drafting WR (in rounds 1-5). I think I included enough players names below on this list to support my statement.
*Yes this is a possible list, as we don't know until April which half of these players will be available as all of their contracts have expired:
Marques Colston (NO has to resign Brees too)
Robert Meachem (NO will not resign both of these WRs; he has great deep threat ability)
Reggie Wayne (Def Resign, their other WRs are worse than ours)
Wes Welker (too injury prone to care about)
DeSean Jackson (PHI likes Maclin too much)
Dwayne Bowe (yes he is aging, but still good depth)
Stevie Johnson (BUF spent too much on their QB)
Brandon Lloyd (i believe STL will be the first team to draft WR this year)
Vincent Jackson (SD should pay up to keep him)
Mario Manningham (NYG has alot of lineman to keep at bay first)
TEs: Fred Davis, Martellus Bennett, John Carlson, Tony Gonzalez
G: Carl Nicks, Ben Grubbs
The rest of WRs:
Harry Douglas (ATL)
Roscoe Parrish (BUF)
Legedu Naanee (CAR)
Earl Bennett (CHI)
Roy Williams (CHI)
Andre Caldwell (CIN)
Jerome Simpson (CIN)
Eddie Royal (DEN)
Rashied Davis (DET)
Maurice Stovall (DET)
Bryant Johnson (HOU)
Pierre Garcon (IND)
Anthony Gonzalez (IND)
Jerheme Urban (KC)
Devin Aromashodu (MIN)
Bernard Berrian (MIN)
Greg Camarillo (MIN)
Deion Branch (NE)
Matt Slater (NE)
Domenik Hixon (NYG)
Devin Thomas (NYG)
Plaxico Burress (NYJ)
Derek Hagan (OAK)
Chaz Schilens (OAK)
Steve Smith (PHI)
Jerricho Cotchery (PIT)
Patrick Crayton (SD)
Braylon Edwards (SF)
Ted Ginn (SF)
Josh Morgan (SF)
Mike Sims-Walker (STL)
Micheal Spurlock (TB)
Donte' Stallworth (WAS)
Remaining Unsigned Restricted Free Agents
This is only hypothetical AS IF These Teams do not Sign these players soon. Please pick the player that you think would be the best Fit for us IF they don't get signed within the next few days.
T.O. was not invited to this list as this is for RFA's only!!! Silly Rabbit, T.O.
FO: please re-sign #53 & #55 ASAP! We understand you can not afford CJ2K but you can still sign these guys!!!
Our Star Rookie Derrick Morgan Injured in Practice

At first I was kind of shocked no one has posted this yet on the website. August West informed me yesterday Mr. Morgan was impressing the coaches now he is upsetting me.
Once I came back to my senses, some questions came to my attention. What's the point in drafting a player if they can not play week one? Yes, this is an unforeseen event & no one saw this coming. But if Derrick is not starting week 1 against those Raiders 100%, I am going to be P.O. I mean 100% sack material.
As some know, we could have drafted ANY secondary player: Cornerback, Safety (excluding Berry, Haden, Thomas) & got a more under-rated DE in the 4th. I do enjoy we drafted Verner, R. Johnson, & Rolle. Being said, Morgan better recover soon or we wasted another first round pick. BACK TO BACK also! Most of you wanted Morgan, so you should be content you got what you wanted. I on the other hand have to wait until next year when the Titans know for sure they really need to draft a CB/ Safety first round or not. By 2014; Britt & Morgan, Both better be PRO BOWLERS!!!
For some Good News: Some of us keep on fighting the good fight to save our RB

Don't make me say these three words one more time: P. T. M. I don't care if it 8 years for 130 million dollars BUD!
Patriotic Problems
Redemption from the Pacman/ Haynesworth curse.
Big Ben has done enough harm for us to not worry about the ugly yellow until 2011.
Colt Eric Foster's role model could have been Big Ben & Holmes. Peyton's surgery & Foster is great initial locker room damage. This is the Beginning of the End of this Colts Dynasty as we know it!
Now the Patriots have an issue.
We just need the Texans/ Chargers to get some bad news & we would be America's Team of the AFC!
YAY. Their Loss is our Benefit!
Safety Ken Hamlin available
'"I would like to say to all of my fans that I appreciate all the love that you have showed me in Dallas. It was a good run..... Thanks"'
"Hamlin was scheduled to make $5.596 million this year with $1.09 million guaranteed remaining on the contract he signed in 2008. Hamlin joined the Cowboys in 2007 on a one-year deal and made the Pro Bowl after picking off a career-high five passes and making 102 tackles."
We could use Ken Hamlin to give our Free Safety Griffin some motivation to perform better & depth to spell him or Hope. Tye hill is a decent addition to our lowsy talent pool of cornerbacks, but Hamlin would give us a boost in the 3rd & 4th quarters. If we signed Hamlin, I would be more than happy to agree to draft what everyone wants in the first round: a DE.

Why can't the Titans ever make trades?
""Adam Caplan of Scout.com is reporting the Raiders have traded for linebacker Kamerion Wimbley for an undisclosed draft pick."
So the Raiders have gave a draft pick to the Browns for a very decent OLB.
The Broncos traded FB Peyton Hillis to the browns for Quinn.
So where is the Titans FO in this desperate action of the Browns shipping their talent away for transition?
We could have traded our first round for Shaun Rodgers. Hopefully Wimbley is more over-rated than I hoped.
No where, as usual. We ONLY Build in the Draft. Whats the point of dreaming when there is no hope. No one makes it to the Super Bowl with all Rookies & a Spoon (joke). Saints got there with several lineman on both sides in FA, then they finished the bowl W/ the second year Rook!
Why does Jeff Fischer (his record isn't that great), Mike Reinsfeldt (hate this guy), Titans Recruiting Director ____, still have jobs for our team? When does this hot seat ever arise. I suppose after we have a losing season; then we can have a chance.
