Hey guys Tomahawk44 here. The Chiefs signed Chandler Williams to our practice squad today and I was wondering if you guys had any information on him. What ways could he be used or is he even good enough to work his way up to the active roster? I know he will probably just be a body in practice but I just wanted to get a view from one of his ex teams. So what do you guys think of Williams? Im not sure how long he was even with the Vikings so thanks for any and all information guys!

Hey guys Im Tomahawk44 and Im coming over from ArrowHead Pride. Today we signed an ex Seahawk by the name of Logan Payne and I was wondering if you guys can give us the rundown on him...Whats his strengths or weakness? He is only on our PS but I was wondering if you guys would look at this as a good or bone headed move by the Chiefs? Do you think he can make his way onto the roster with a weak WR core? Any information appreciated!

I dont recall seeing this listed on here and I cant find a link but at the game on Sunday they announced that Brian Waters has been nominated for NFL Man Of The Year once again.

Im not the typical guy that wants to talk about the draft this early but I came across something I did not know and I have done a little research and I think we could possibly have a good pair of tight ends next year if we where to draft the little brother of our own Brad Cottam to come in and be a blocking tight end while Brad keeps improving his hands and be the receiving tight end.

Here is a brief scouting report on Jeff Cottam from DraftNasty:

#80 TE Jeff Cottam (6'8'' 260) SR

Jeff is the 2nd TE in Tennessee's offense and he gets a lot of playing time on a week to week basis. Jeff displays soft hands to catch poorly thrown balls outside his frame but doesn't display the shiftiness to make people miss in the open field. In pass protection, Jeff is a very solid blocker that can dominate his opponent. He isn't a mauler by any means, but uses his long arms to maneuver his man and keep them at a safe distance from the QB. Jeff also possesses great footwork to slide and shuffle when having to pick up the blitz coming off the edge.

#80 Jeff Cottam TE 6'8" 260 SR

Not as good of a receiving TE as brother Brad, currently with the Kansas City Chiefs. Has some length as an in-line blocker. Commonly used in Tennessee's two-tight end (ACE/SILVER) type formations. Very angular build; Looks to engage early and lacks significant pop off ball. Will run his feet once engaged and is a position blocker who walls off and seals defenders. Not a road grading TE, but is committed to blocking.

NFLHouse also named Cottam as a big school sleeper that is overlooked but will be a steady contributor in the NFL.

All in all Jeff seems to be a raw talent in the draft but he also sounds like with a little work he could be a great blocking tight end in the near future. I would not mind seeing the Chiefs have a Tight End duo of these two brothers for the right price.

Per the reader, the announcers suggested that the Ravens would be the visiting team in the game "hosted" by San Francisco. Under the current scheduling formula, however, San Fran will not be playing the teams of the AFC North in 2010; instead, the 49ers will play the four teams of the AFC West, and will play homes games against the Broncos and the Chiefs.

I was thinking we play San Fran at home next year?
