ITS A NUMBERS GAME SO BLAKE OR RUDY NEEDS TO GO

Dont get me wrong i love both of these guys game.

When the blazers signed a. miller to a three year deal it had to lead to another deal down the road.

what im saying is we have to many players in the backcourt as of right now miller geting 30 plus at the pg and roy getting 35plus and the sg leves blake 18 minutes a game and rudy only getting 12-14 minutes a game so thing has to give.

the blazers need to to make a trade and i think blake will be involed. most likely for depth in our frontcourt maybe a backup 4 or in a bigger deal for a stud 3.

this trade with blake would leve the blazers a backcourt of miller30-32 mpg roy34-36 mpg rudy 26-28mpg and bayless 4-6 mpg pretty darn deep if you ask me the best part of keeping rudy over blake is rudy can play the 1 and the 2 so can roy and miller but blake really could only play the 1.

I see a trade with blake and maybe outlaw going down before the trade deadline but hopefuly it happens before traing camp gets under way.

so this is my idea if any one here can come up with a way to keep all the players in our backcourt i would love to see it. because i dont think it can work its a numbers game.

i think we go after ramon sessions

maybe go to the bucks and work out a sign and trade with them or force their hand to make a deal by offering a deal with sessions. thge bucks are 12 mill over the cap as of right now so a offer sheet to sessions for 8 mill a year for 4 years might get it done.

im not sure why hes name has not been flotting around a lot here but hes a good fit and young

this is just an idea but maybe it could work

a trade with memphis could do so many things.

heres the trade idea memphis would send mike conley for outlaw and bayless

maybe to much to send but i do not think bayless will work out for this team plus theres no room for outlaw so its not much in my mind

the real deal is in this trade would be freeing up 2 mill in cap space to go after lamar odom or a biger lopsided trade at the deadline (g. wallace) any body

so whats we think of this one ?

so far so bad for some teams UPDATE 8/10/09

I have a feeling every one knows whos the best out west lakers again!!

besides them how will the west fall in to place next season based off the offseasons moves or the lack there of.

#15 will go to the KINGS by far the worst team in the west nodoubt going 15-67

#14 will go to the WOLVES a young team in the works but still years away 24-58

#13 will go to the SUNS 32-50 WREKINGBALL anyone this team is going down with out a fight. 31-51

#12 will go to OKC up and comers in the west but still i cant see them getting it together maybe next year. 40-42

#11 will go to golden state they are a mess just a mess i dont really know what they are doing but 10 years with one playoff birth holy cow 35-47

#10 will go to the CLIPPERS hargdest team to read hands down could go 15-67 or 52-30 but ill go with the law of avgs and go 38-44

#9 will go to memphis maybe one of the most improved team this year but will just miss the playoffs 41-41

#8 will go to the JAZZ im not sure what will happen but as of right now the jazz are in a heap of truble 45-37

#7 will go to the HORNETS this team make me think seattle will not be with out a team for long no money no team but they still have paul 48-34

#6 will go to houston another hard team to read could go both ways but they have a really good coach and play all out D 39-43

#5 will go to the MAVS i dont really love the things they have done so far but if it works thet will be a good deeper team 53-29

#4 will go to the NUGGETS a really good team lest year making it to the WCF but they have not done much so far, and with other team geting better they with drop of a bit 53-29

#3 will go to the BLAZERS even if there are no big time moves this team will get better but i think they can and will make more moves to better this team 59-23

#2 will go to the spurs awesome offseason moves and can knock of the hated lakers 60-22

#1 will go to the lakers 65-17

is he a good fit for the team ?

do you think maggette could fit in to this team?

what would it cost to get him?

i would say a maybe on the fitting in part, but he's ability to get to the F/T and hes defense would be a big help.

the cost i dont see gsw letting go of him for cheap maybe a combo of bayless/rudy or bayless/trout/and next years first round pick.

iif we could get him for bayless/trout/and the 1st it would leve us some cap space to sign b.bass to 5.3mill a year deal. what do you guys think of this one.

i feel it woks out fairly for all teams utah gets cap space chicago gets an allstar and portland upgrades both the pg and sf.

If the blazers are to get a top of the line PG they will have to pay for it.

Heres a trade that could work for all teams. first part of the trade is trade bayless, outlaw, the 24th pick and a pick in round 2 for D. milicic the number 2 over all pick and the 27th pick.

part two of the the deal. the blazers trade the number 2 pick sergio and maybe the 27th pick for devin harris.

a trade with the new jersey nets. this is what i see could happen between the blazers and the nets,and it would work for both sides

raef lafrentz who makes 12.7 mill 1 year left

channing frye who makes 3.1 mill also 1 year left on hes deal

sergio rodreguez who makes 900,000 with 1 year left

in coming players

stromile swift who makes 6.2 mill with 1 year left

trenten hassell who makes 8.7 mil over the next two years

devin harris who make 7.8 with 5 years left

i really think this trade helps both teams new jersey wants to get younger and open up cap space for 2010 for LBJ or d wade. portland gets a much better definder on the low block and inside in s.swift then frye and a lock down perimiter guy who does not need you score the rock and a true pg in harris to set players up plus we get good vets and not get a whole lot older what do you guys think would it work?
