Now that Matt "clipboard" Lienart has officially been named the 3rd quarterback I can ask this question.  Maybe somebody wiser than me knows..? But is the mothership really going to carry 3 QBs on the roster? If so, is it just till Matt #2 learns the playbook, and then they cut DanO? Inquiring minds want to know

Are there any other NFL teams carrying 3 QBs? Pittsburgh maybe?

If they like what they see, and God forbid Schaub goes down, is it worth it? I guess time will tell.

I know it's early, but..Is there any way the Texans explore trading Joel Dreesen?  He seems to have showcased his skills well ending the year and I can't get this thought out of my head.  The Texans have shown a willingness to trade talents for draft picks recently ie., Sage Rosencopter.  This of course assumes they wrap up Owen Daniels in the offseason and  I would like to think that James Casey can be a competent backup based on what little we have seen of his hands and his skills running the ball in college.

When he is not drawing costly pass interferance penalties, which is WAY to often, he is often seen following players out of bounds or diving at their feet as they run bye.  Aside from the occasional hit where he leaves his feet and bounces off a player who has already caught the ball he seems to have lost his coverage skills. This year, to me, he is clearly behind Quin and Reeves and should not be retained for any more than what he is signed to now, refranchise? or let him walk?
