A Sexy Game Of Football
In between the "the days and nights partying and rough housing," one of the ladies challenged the group to a game of football, cooing—and likely twirling her hair—"I want to be tackled," before Davis and Maybin did just that. No word on the final score, but the source mentions that the young woman, "really enjoyed partying with the guys."

On the heels of last year's successful "Name the Final 53" (and unsuccessful Maybin shirt) I've decide to come back with a different contest this year.

The Rules:

One entry per person. Once a time is given it can't be given again, the first to type it, gets it. The winner will be the person closest to the time in minutes. If two people are the same amount of time away the winner will be chosen via a game of "who can sit through TO's reality show the longest." (Or it will be the person whose time is AFTER the signing.) In order to prevent any shenanigans the winner will have had to left his or her comment at least one day (24 hours) before the winning time.

The winning time will be at the sole discretion of myself. So that there are no "poo flung at walls" announcements I'm going to limit to the tweets and websites of the major news sources. St. Louis puts Yan Stastny on re-entry waivers. Buffalo put Nathan Paetsch on waivers.

No other place is reporting it yet but this could be clearing space for Gerbe up here. Would hate to lose Paetsch's versatility (disregarding it's actual use or amount of use) but something had to give eventually. Wait and see what happens.

According to Bleacher Report, the AP is now reporting that they failed their tests.

Following Tuesday's report of a failed drug test concerning Boston College's defensive tackle B.J. Raji, it looks like two more NFL prospects have found themselves in hot water.

The Associated Press is reporting that Brian Cushing and Clay Matthews, both from USC, tested positive for steroids at the NFL combine.

Both Cushing and Matthews started for a Trojans defense that was arguably the best in college football last season.

Does this finally motivate him? Does he go into an even bigger funk? It will be interesting to see how he responds to this as he's still signed until 2010. I'm not sure if he has the motivation in him to prove himself.

The inevitable finally happened on Saturday. Bills left tackle Jason Peters was activated to the 53-man roster a week after ending his lengthy holdout and is expected to play Sunday at Jacksonville.

“I’m just glad to be back, to get back into it,” Peters said.

The Bills were given a two game roster exemption for Peters after he reported to the club a week ago. The Pro Bowl lineman returned to the team in good physical condition under his playing weight and with a lower body fat percentage helping his cause to get back in the lineup in short order.

Peters spent extra time with Trent Edwards and a few of his linemates this week to get up to speed on the changes that were made to the offensive scheme under new coordinator Turk Schonert. But Peters stated Friday he was ready to go.

“I’m 100 percent comfortable,” Peters said. “I know all of the plays, all of the checks, all of the audibles, the snap counts, the cadences, no-huddle plays, I know all of that.”

Peters took almost all of the reps at left tackle in practice on Wednesday,  Thursday and Friday, so in all likelihood the five-year veteran will start sending Langston Walker back to his right tackle position.

To make room for Peters on the 53-man roster the Bills waived OL Matt Murphy.
