Ray Allen?

I remember reading headlines highlighting the Celtics willingness to trade Ray Allen.. just thinking about it, but I wouldn't mind going after Allen at all. On a 2-3 year deal with 15 or so million, I think he's worth it. I know that he can opt to sign on with a contending team for a minimum salary deal (which he, in all likelihood, will do), but would you guys say he's worth a shot at pursuing? We desperately need the three point shooting, and the veteran presence wouldn't hurt either. His addition in the backcourt would help to spread the floor which would tremendously aid Wall. I'm a big fan of Jordan Crawford and want to see what he will become, but he's too much of a shot jacker and isn't nearly as good or consistent as the ideal shooter next to John Wall would be.
