I believe as a fan of the Texas Rangers and the hours I put in following the team and keeping up, Kevin Millwood owes me at least $100 of his $48 million deal he signed with the Rangers. 

What is my logic?  He is fat and sucks.  He had great years with the Braves and with Cleveland (although it was a contract year).  Don't get me wrong, I would prefer him to be consistant and a top pitcher in the majors, but we can get the same production if we would have re-signed Darren Oliver or Colby Lewis.  Maybe Aaron Myette is available? 

If a miracle happens and he has a good year, the Rangers should get another year free of charge.  They should cancel his option on the contract and make him pitch anyway.  If I was paid like Millwood and performed like he did this year in my job, they would have fired me by May. 

I look foward to receiving my $100 from Millwood and spending it on a Chris Davis jersey.

I live in the northeast and commute by train.  Yesterday on the train, some Red Sox fan had the brilliant idea of trading Manny to the Rangers for Josh Hamilton.  I'm not a baseball GM, but I'm pretty sure there is at least one good reason the Rangers wouldn't make this trade.

As a Rangers fan, I just laughed at their pipe dream and informed them Hamilton does not know how to do an Irish jig.  More than likely, being the beast he is, Hamilton would eat anyone doing an Irish jig.
