I don't know if I'm crazy but it seems like there has been an increase in the number of unsubstantiated and idiotic posts lately. While sometimes I do find them entertaining in a Real House Wives of NJ kind of way they do not live up to the quality of what I expect at OTM. 

I know that other SB nation blogs have the 24 hour wait period to post after signing up to the blog. This can't hurt, and can only help OTM. See Peter Osgoods Theo fantpost for case in point. 

Indeed it won't completely eliminate the problem, but if the the troll really has the urge to troll at that point in time they will move on and probably leave OTM alone.

Hi Everyone, 

So at the end of last season I moved to Philly and no longer have the luxury of NESN included in the basic cable package. I've been looking into MLB.TV and was wondering what people's experiences with it are. I'm in Philly so I would not have to deal with blackouts right? (unless the Sox are playing the Phils)? Also, is the "premium" worth the extra money? 

Is the image quality decent? My internet connection is solid. I don't need 1080, but 720 would be nice and I would consider consistent 480 a minimum.

Just want to remind everyone in the Tek fantasy league that we are drafting tonight at 7pm eastern!! So stock up on your beverage and snack of choice. I'm feeling like some Yuengling and/or Johnny Walker and black bean dip personally. 

However I don't even know why we are drafting because that canuck Bloggy is going to win anyways. 

If you can't attend the draft you can set up your auto-pick up to 45 minutes before 7 (according to Yahoo). 

Currently Ben and Sologub are in a tight 299-291.5 death-match with Ben having one pitcher starting today and Solo none.  

My match up with the German is a little less exciting with myself holding the lead 350-249.5.  

Will be interesting to see how Niemann performs for Ben today against the Angels.  Will probably decide the match.   

GO PATS!!!  How many yards/scores is Moss going to have today as he evades Revis island? 

I'm going to go with 80 yards and one TD.  

We all know the catcher situation in Boston.  If Papi continues to struggle it is very possible that VMart will be seeing increased time at DH.  Then there is also the question of VMart's defensive abilities.  Tek has been doing well out of a backup role, but there is concern that with a increase in playing time he will lose his offensive pop.  Even with VMart throwing out some runners lately, the Sox could still very well be in the market for a catcher. 

The DBacks stud catcher Miguel Montero went on the DL earlier this season with a torn meniscus and is expected to be back in a month or two.  Chris Snyder, who lost the starting spot to Montero last season, has been playing well in replacement.

When Montero comes off the DL it seems that the DBacks will be in a platoon situation.  In a tough NL west its very possible that the DBacks will be out of the running by the All Star Break, and possibly interested in trading one of these two guys.  Especially Snyder who is owed 5.75 mil next season.  I'm not very familiar with the defensive capabilities of Montero and Snyder, but to me it seems that one of these guys would be a viable pickup by the Sox.
