He took a look at a lot of the statistics that get spewed out and studied for MLB. Lots of different stuff overall, a few of the interesting ones regarding the White Sox:

Well, at least a few folks seem to think the Sox have a chance. From bullz-eye.com , http://www.bullz-eye.com/sports/features/2010/mlb_preview.htm posted by Anthony Statler. For his 2010 MLB preview, he writes about what he considers the 5 teams that didn't make the playoffs last year that have the best shot at it this year. He picks the White Sox at #1 with some sound reasoning behind it.

He also picks the South Siders to win the division and even make the WS in one scenario.

Here is an inside scoop. Do you want to know the "real" reason for Ozzie getting into Twitter? It's to generate interest in his next side job. No, I'm not talking about the reality TV gig.  He will enter into a wrestling promotion with Pierzynski. Ozzie will be the Mouth from Far South. And A.J. will debut a new finishing move, with all due respect to Baron Von Raschke, the Catcher's Mitt.

Had my email and early purchase code for tickets today. WOW! only 3 - 1/2 price mondays, KC a prime ticket on weekends, maybe if Greinke is pitching, over half the home games are prime or more$$$$$$. Front row in nosebleed territory $27 reg price. Bleachers $34. Yes, I know if I can't afford it or don't want to go, I don't have to. But it sure makes it tougher for a family to get to the games when they need to take a home equity loan to go. Just had to vent.

Well, there is another one to add to the list of creative things Ozzie has said.

While listening to the score this morning, I heard them talking to Joe Cowley. When they got around to Viciedo, Cowley talked about Dayan's decked out Land Rover and Ozzie referring to Viciedo as "the Cuban Pimp".

Hope it does not get Ozzie in trouble with the Cuban community.

Side note, Cowley said Contreras is ahead of schedule, might join the team in may if things go right.
