Doc Rivers deserves coach of the month for December 2010 if he keeps winning games with a reduced roster. During this winning streak, he has drawn up creative plays.  He had to shift players out of their natural positions.  He had to find ways to motivate his players.  Doc has engineered a winning streak with his creativity.  If he beats Charlotte tonight and wins 10 in a row, I'm expecting him to raise his arms in the air (Russell Crowe, Gladiator-style) and yell 'Are you not entertained?!'

You can argue that Rondo is playing too many minutes in meaningless games.  You can say Wafer should get more minutes.  You can say Luke and Avery should play more minutes.  But let's trust Doc.  He's a proven winner that will have a full roster soon.  Then the rest of the league will be on its collective heels!
