As it stands right now, there are ten Minnesota Vikings leading the NFC in Pro Bowl Voting at their respective positions. This is probably to be expected, as the Vikings are currently 8-1, lead their division by three games, and are on track to get a first round bye. This, however, is not the sign of the apocalypse.

This link, from the Pioneer Press, lists the Vikings who are currently leading their position in Pro Bowl Votes. Let's look at some of the more notable names:

1] HB Adrian Peterson? Check
2] DE Jared Allen? Check
3] OG Steve Hutchinson? Check
4] DT Pat Williams? Check
5] K Ryan Longwell? Check

There are a couple of pleasant surprises on that list, including Percy Harvin, John Sullivan, and Heath Farwell. Bryant McKinnie also leads voting among tackles, but that's not this week's sign.

Among all fullbacks. Naufahu Tahi leads the NFC in Pro Bowl votes. I get it, fullback isn't even a real position on most teams anymore, and it's pretty much a token spot for guys like Mike Alstott to get a free trip to Hawaii (Or Miami this year), but come on, really? Naufahu Tahi, Pro Bowl?

I don't think so. Homey don't play that.

William Henderson plans to boo Brett Favre

From multiple sources, including the Green Bay Press-Gazette and ESPN, among others.

One of Favre’s former teammates on the Packers’ Super Bowl championship team in 1996, William Henderson, will be leading the chorus of boo-birds.

Now, on one hand, you can certainly understand that William Henderson, being a career Packer, has an intense loyalty to the team, and wants to display said loyalty along with many others at Lambeau Field by booing the man that was once considered a deity in Wisconsin.

On the other hand, if we're going to be talking about players booing because a Packer turned free agent signed with the hated rival Minnesota Vikings, William Henderson isn't exactly a great source of credibility.

Isn't this the same William Henderson who, in 2006, came over to Minnesota to sign a contract with the Vikings?

Oh wait, I do believe it is. So let me get this straight, William Henderson... You, someone who spent his entire career with the Vikings, decided that in 2006 you would go to the Vikings and negotiate a contract (Which, of course, did not come to fruition as he's still a Packer)... And now you're basically going to boo someone else for doing the exact same thing?

I guess nobody ever accused Henderson of being smart... Or having a long term memory, for that matter.
