Peachtree Hoops What to do in a life without Joe?

The NBA free agency starts as we all know at midnight tonight, and all signs seem to be pointing to Joe's departure from Atlanta. I'm have finally come to terms with this very likely scenario, and now I want to know about the Hawks' life without their centerpiece. I personally think that if the spirit can manage to actually spend money this offseason, we could be in a decent position. I'm thinking of bagging a true big man like Brendan Haywood and moving Al Horford over to the power forward position where I think he would excel. This would leave us with Josh Smith and Marvin Williams vying for the small forward position; I don't like either one of them in this position, Williams has the ability to disappear for weeks on end, and Smith can't shoot to save his life. However, I think Smith would draw some interest if he was to be dangled as trade bait, and hopefully a team with a decent point guard can take him. I like Jeff Teague, but I still think he needs to develop, and I don't think Mike Bibby has the ability to run an offense any more. Without Joe to run the offense, I believe we need a point guard that can efficiently run the offense immediately if we want to stay competitive in the east. I know this plan is based totally on speculation and personal opinions, so I would like to hear what you all think the Hawks should do if we were to enter a life without Joe.
