Viva El Birdos Want Condensed Games from MLB.com?

Thanks to folks at VEB, I found mlb.com TV and Consensed Games a few years back.  Watch a game--every pitch that led to a hit/BB or an out--in 20 minutes; add about 2 hours to your life every day you didn't want to watch the whole game.  That's what made mlb.com so great--and worth the price.  Now their product is more expensive and offers nothing like Condensed Games.  Yet they claim they're offering their customers more this year than ever.

BS. (That can stand for at least two things.....one of them is Bud Selig)

So......... sometimes all the powerless consumer can do is flood an inbox with complaints.   If you're game, go here:  http://mlb.mlb.com/mlb/help/contact_us.jsp

and write (copy and paste) the following (or something even better):

You claim mlb.com offers more this year than ever.  But this year condensed games, extended hightlights and the half-inning-at-a-time option are ALL gone--AND your price is higher.  And of course you don't answer fan feedback, though your "contacts" page and your telephone agents vow to promptly reply.  What exactly has improved at mlb.com?  If there are to be no changes (bringing back the Condensed Game feature) what compensation will you offer your faithful and deceived customers?

Viva El Birdos MLB.com condensed games??

Is anyone else frustrated with MLB.com's decision to do away with condensed games?  That's clearly a cynical marketing decision, right?  How could any consumer choose to NOT have the condensed game option.  It's the reason folks like me pay them $120 a year........Am I alone on this?
