Everytime I watch a telecast, Jim Barnett amazes me.
I know he's been around a while, but he notices so many things that most people wouldn't.

One of his best observations is usually one of the opposing player's preference to go right or left - i.e. Brandon Roy and CP3.

Does anyone know if he has input on the team? In case nellie or the staff doesn't notice these things, I am constantly screaming at the TV, "GO TELL NELLIE and the PLAYERS!!!"

Jack always gets such a bad rap from the league. I hope they publicize all the good he's done.
I'm so glad to be a Warrior fan, because I like the players, not just on the court, but also off it.

Instead of a poll, I'll throw out some names.

Manu Ginobli - crafty Euro game, good ball handler
Mike Miller - quick release, makes it look easy
Brent Barry - shooter, ball handler
Rex Chapman - quick release, off balance shots
Allan Houston - shooter
Drazen Petrovic - crafty Euro, deadly shooter

POB is terrible and it's not even close. He makes Josh Powell look like a hall of famer. The sad thing is that I really don't see much hope. I know it's early, but I would bet alot of money and call him an official bust. I hope I'm wrong.

I get angry when I watch him play, especially in the summer league when everyone's busting their ass trying to impress the coaches. The guy just looks lost. He's going through the motions, but has zero impact on the game. He plays the opposite of hungry. It almost looks like he's given up. At this point, I'd trade him for Todd Fuller, wherever he is.

Is anyone else concerned by this? How can you ship out one of your most popular guys if you didn't do all your homework on a college kid? Unless it's a temporary stay til the next trade.

As much as I think Brandan Wright fits, it just doesn't make sense that they never worked him out, especially since Mullin said they had him ranked over Yi.

Wright was the target all along

According to Janny, the Warriors targetted Brandan Wright all along. I guess that Yi was just a smokescreen. Does anyone believe that this is true? Why all the rumors about the #3 and #5 pick, if we were going after Wright?

I though Wright was a consolation prize, but Janny keeps saying Mully liked him all along.
