09 Bulls or 08 Hawks?

With all this talk of how great this Chicago team is, it makes me wonder.
Last season the Celtics had Garnett, Posey, Brown, Powe etc. in their lineup. It still took all they had to dispatch those hungry Hawks.
I believe if the Celtics had KG, Powe and Brown ( in place of Moore) against the Bulls it would have been over in 5 games.
So who is/was the better team, 09 Bulls or 08 Hawks?
For some extra credit:
Do the 09 Hawks have any chance of knocking off those cocky Cavs?
