Dear Sir Knight the Crusader for Good
I am certain your spies have placed upon your golden desk the continuous news of the unspeakable truths filling the messenger’s boat. My pen trembles at the notion of cheapened transportation and the peddling of the kings championship treasure for ill-gotten gains from yonder Ohio and too the unspeakable notion that scholarly study and steadfast stewardship of thy holy rules have drifted in Connecticut in a desire to win a game.
Oh great keeper and defender of all that is good and holy in college athletics shall we soon expect a righteous monologue of disgust from the mount of your great white steed of virtue?
Are we to understand and worship your words as they are not to simply speak of facts but to part dark clouds of disguise and to enlighten us poor lemmings to the wrongs more wrong than any other - the wrongs that have not actually happened.
Oh Master your wise and prophetic absence of lyric does send my heart to song. I do now see that in the volume of your silence you are only teaching us that an action with none who care, no matter how wrong or outside those laws you hold so dear, holds not nearly the evil effect on our society as those wounds inflicted by the imagined sword of the serpent in blue.
Wise and warm leader please accept this letter as a need for direction. We look to you to teach and lead us all into the bastion of sport for the joy of sport. Where rules are no longer needed as all follow every note of your past symphonies of how to be a man, leader, teacher, coach, and kind human being.
Kind Regards,
Fan
Hey Eric, USA Today Likes You!
"You're gonna have to stop wearing those rugby shirts," power forward Blake Griffin says, poking fun at Bledsoe's loose-fitting clothes on his wiry, 6-1 frame. "You're a star now."
Good to see our guys shine. I am glad he is doing so well. I really think allot of our and Wall's success was due to having EB beside him. Would be hard to stop Wall if he was your only focus but throw EB out there and we saw the fireworks.
The Man Who Stares At Recruits
Dateline: May 31, 2015
Lexington, Ky – In the third signing period since the NCAA outlawed all player-coach contact under the LowCal Diet initiative, designed to limit John Calipari's power over basketball, UK is at it again. The watchdog group National ESP Recruiting Dangers has leveled charges against the University of Kentucky and men’s basketball coach John Calipari for what N.E.R.D. describes as the “Willful use of witchcraft, mind control, alchemy or any other supernatural resource to coerce, cajole, conjure or otherwise gain commitments from all free labor athletic workers.”
With a seventh straight No. 1 commitment class and the third without ever speaking to the long list of players who have selected UK, Calipari has drawn the attention of the Pentagon and General K. R Ahzee, head of the Wicked Cool Mind Stuff unit: “We would like to talk with him to gain a better understanding of his black magic and how long his contract with Satan will remain in effect.” Not wanting to allow valuable time to pass by without proper use of Calipari’s mastery of secret societies and ancient potions, the General is enlisting Calipari’s help: “We are interested in UK recruiting Bin Laden. Cal’s obvious magical powers, we believe, will pull him out of hiding and into a live press conference to announce his school of choice. As soon as he puts on the blue cap ... POW, we will be there.”
Calipari had no comment. As he shouldn’t.

So who are we anyway?
We all know that ASoB is like a drug we can't live without. We all have a unified goal of seeing UK win. Every game. ALWAYS!
As a marketing and pr person I found it interesting to see some recent peaks into who Tru was and then GP let us in a bit. It made me ask that very interesting question "Who are we?"
UK is a national brand. While many teams win, win NCs and sometimes 2 in a row (wink to GP ;-), very few are national brands. This is why we are from so many places and our posts show many generations.
So for the fun of it, tell us BBN, who are you?
I'll go: 38, owner of a branding and design firm in Lexington.
