FIRE GIARADI

The Yankees have an all-star caliber team. They can win the World Series with this team. But it needs to be well coached like it was in the days of Joe Torre. Torre would had done wonders with this team. You have so much talent to work with and nothing happens. Honestly coming into this season i was hoping for a season somewhat like 1998, but boy was I wrong. You can not have a successful season under Giardi. I believe the yankees will make the playoffs this year via WILDCARD but will not go anywhere if they play the Red Sox.

The line up should change once in a while with Gardner/Damon/Swiser Rotating, But this should be the lineup that wins the yankees a world series. (This is including when Nady returns)

1) Jeter SS

2) Cano 2B

3) Texiera 1B

4) A-Rod 3B Dont play Damon everyday, make him DH, and put Gardner out there.

5) Posada C

6) Nady/Swisher RF

7) Matsui DH

8) Damon LF

9) Melky CF

I believe if they pick up DeRosa that will also help there bench which is very weak. The yankees 1-6 in there order should be everyday (Nady/Swisher can bat 5th when Cervelli plays). This is what the rotation should be, this depends on if Wang pitches well. I think Phil Hughes can be great and will be great but I would give Wang 2 more starts to prove he can still be the pitcher he once was and if Wang can prove he can still win 19 games this should be the starting rotation by All-Star Break.

C.C Sabathia

A.J Burnett

Andy Pettite

Ching-Ming Wang

Phil Hughes

They yankees do have a good bullpen, but once again Giardi has no idea how to use his players. I would get rid of Brett Tomko and bring up Mark Melancon. The yankees could have a dynamic 7-8-9 with Bruney/Joba and Mo. Along with an excellent long reliever Alfredo Aceves. Along with Phil Coke, Melancon and Robertson. Its a very solid Bullpen.

Let me know some of everyones ideas and If mine sound good. But these things will never happen because Giardi has no idea what he is doing and thinks his long reliever who once was a starter could only throw 2 2/3 and than bring in TOMKO who was never a successful pitcher in the first place. I could go on and on about Giardi, and I hope he goes by All-Star break so the potential of this team can be reached.
