Behind the Steel Curtain Mark Schlereth rips the NFL on this weeks fines, calls it the "National Hypocrite League"

I used to think Mark Schlereth was kind of a loudmouth Steelers basher when he first started at ESPN.  Over the past few years he's really gained my admiration and respect for his honesty.  This is what he had to say on SportsCenter concerning this week's NFL fines for "dirty" hits, especially towards our own James Harrison:

Former Broncos OL Mark Schlereth Calls NFL "National Hypocrite League"

Absolute truth and respect to Mark Schlereth for telling it like it is.

Behind the Steel Curtain America's Game: 2008 Steelers to premiere Sept. 9

Don't know if this has been reported already (searched fanposts up and down and didn't see it), but this is supposed to premier September 9 on NFL Network. The only confirmed player interviewed is Big Ben. Can't wait to see who else will be featured.  Hoping it will be Mike Tomlin, James Harrison or Lamar Woodley.  Good timing as well with it being the night before the season opener with the Titans.

Behind the Steel Curtain Steelers sign CB Keiwan Ratliff

I didn't realize this even happened until today, but apparently former Bengal & Colt CB Keiwan Ratliff was signed as an unrestricted free agent to a one year deal on Friday the 24th by the Steelers.  Think this is a good pickup for CB and secondary depth?  He had a decent season in Indy last year, a couple of picks (one for a TD).  Maybe he'll push some guys for a roster spot.  Wonder what everyone else thinks of this.
