&lt;br /&gt;I believe this is completlely out of the question as it's almost impossible for the Warriors to fall that into the lottery than much considering they have 20 3 point scorers and an above decent bench. Even in the west the Warriors will not tank that badly. Rubio is considered a number one to two pick and unless he suffers a major injury, it won't go down any lower. This shouldn't even be an article but never bad to dream.&lt;/p&gt;
