Just curious and this was just a random thought. Noticed that Romo was throwing ducks in the Steelers game and having trouble warming up. Cold it be that Romo does not do well in cold weather games? Just a thought... have not taken the time to look at stats from cold weather games versus warm. It does appear he does better at the beginning of the season and as it get's colder he digresses? Or is it just that he is less banged up at the beginning of the season?Thoughts?

I'm on vacation in Ruidoso NM and this just came across the CNN ticker...

Woman involved in brawl involving NFL star Adam "Pacman" Jones found dead of an apparent fall, authorities say; Sadia Morrison had pleaded no contest to battery in the strip club last year.

I'm sure they are going to assume he paid someone to do it! No other NFL related incident were listed. Gonna be along season if this keeps up! Gotta love it!

NEW YORK (AP) - Dallas Cowboys receiver Terrell Owens filed a $600,000 lawsuit, contending his name and photo were used in nightclub ads without his permission.

Owens says the Avalon nightclub on Manhattan's West Side improperly used his name, likeness and initials T.O. in 2006 and 2007 to promote its Friday Night Lights events and other parties. He says the club claimed he would be hosting the parties.
Owens' lawyer, Robert Milner, said Monday that as far as he knew Avalon officials had never tried to contact Owens.

The 34-year-old player "diligently" promotes his own name and image, maintains his own Web site and is "well-recognized by the public as a distinctive sports figure" who engages in many activities for profit and charity, his court papers say.

Owens is expected to earn $5 million in salary and a $3 million bonus from the Cowboys for the 2007 season.

He is seeking at least $100,000 in compensatory damages and at least $500,000 in punitive damages, according to court papers filed last week. The papers also ask the court to bar the club from using his name and likeness again without his permission.

A man who answered the telephone at the Avalon on Monday said no one was available to comment on the lawsuit. No telephone number could be found for the nightclub's owner, Flatiron Entertainment LLC, which also is named as a defendant.

Larry Johnson to Cowboys??

According to Fox Sports:
(edit) Here's the link for the story

Chiefs RB Johnson to Cowboys?

The speculation about a trade that would ship Larry Johnson to Dallas is like that. It's all rumors; I've dug around Valley Ranch, trying to confirm that there have been substantive discussions with Kansas City regarding the disgruntled superstar running back, and all I got from it is an empty shovel, an empty notepad and a sore back. Except for one sliver. One grain. "The (Dallas) running backs don't offer that 'wow' factor,'' says a source close to the innerworkings of the Cowboys. "There isn't that guy who, when he gets his hands on the ball, makes everybody stand up and take notice.'' -- Scout.com
