University of Oregon grad who grew up in the Puget Sound area, rooting for the Sonics, Mariners, Huskies and Seahawks. Shed a tear when the Sonics left town and continue to shed tears over the sinking Mariners ship. Favorite Zags memories include covering the double overtime win over Missouri in the 2003 Battle in Seattle, meeting the 2008-09 team at the Ronald McDonald House and interviewing inspirational walk-on Andrew Sorenson after he netted 15 points on Senior Night in 2009.
