President Obama picks VCU to beat UCLA: Talk about a presidential diss - if you look closely, I believe you can see the letters VCU. Come on now people. First ridiculous members of MSM and now the leader of the free world? We're going to run out of bulletin board space. Go Bruins!

Here's a snip:

"UCLA (six-seed, East). This is an injustice, yes, but one that the Bruins certainly helped along, losing to USC--a team that UCLA swept during conference play--by ten in the Pac-10 tournament semis. So here is Ben Howland's team, a six-seed with possibly the best offense in the country, one rivaled only by Pitt and North Carolina. They've been put into a Philadelphia pod and will play on the tournament's first night. Should they survive VCU, they'll likely play hometown favorite Villanova. I guess you could see this glass as half-full and say it's an excellent opportunity to prove you really were under-seeded. It won't be easy, though."

At this point, it's pointless to blame anybody but ourselves for the situation we're in. Let's take advantage of it and prove the doubters wrong.

About time I've seen a well written, fact-based article written about this year's Bruins out there on the web - other than everything at BruinsNation of course. I especially like how UCLA seems to score efficiently at any pace - that certainly bodes well for the tournament.
