Louisville Rugby
The Louisville Rugby Team finished up our season today beating Western Michigan 45-10. This marks a 5-0 record against college teams this season, and we have made huge strides since this time last year. The most notable stat of the season is that the entire state of Kentucky scored 12 points on this season. We beat UK 46-0, Murray State 74-12, and WKU 79-0. Our season is in the fall and we hope that we keep this momentum rolling until then and see if we can go to the playoffs.
Louisville Rugby
I know that at the end of last season some of you all expressed interest in me informing you all when our games were this year and what the results were. Sorry for the late notice but our first game will be held tomorrow against Murray State at Cherokee Park, kickoff will be at 2pm. We will play no matter what the weather is ( were a real sport), and we welcome anyone who wants to come to come support the team. We will go to Molly's on Bardstown RD after the game for some post game beverages if anyone would like to join that as well. Also, the most important note of this post, I want my own punctuation, ! is taken as well as the !? mix. I would appreciate it if you all could come to the game tomorrow and dub me a punctuation. Thanks% (didnt work)

If i get enough interest over the next couple of days i will start it. We need 10 people, and we can do a neutral conference like the Big 12 or something. So if your interested put your gamertag, and your vote on conference.
Connection Between CAL-WWW-Nike. How Cal Cheats exposed--- MUST READ
So ive been doing some digging trying to completely understand this whole Lebron- Cal- WWW- nike- teague connection thing that is apparently the base to him cheating. SO here it is. CAA-Creative Artists Agency- this is a agency headquarters that hires agents for important people ie movie stars, sports athletes, and coaches. The big name in coaches is slimeball himself. http://sports.caa.com/coaches.aspx in 1993 an alliance was formed between the CAA and Nike. The big push here was that NIke wanted to be more then just a manufacture company but they wanted to hold events, and get high profile people at these events. This at the time was also good for CAA who was small at the time looking for ways to branch out. Essentially it comes down to CAA makes there clients where Nike. Nike makes there show people ie: LeBron James get agents with CAA. CAA offers Athletes more then just show deals because they represent some of the biggest directors and producers and movie stars there big thing is they want to offer them everything. Weather thats video games shoe deals or even movie deals. This is where the infamous WWW- William Wesley comes into play. He does all the scouting/ recruiting for CAA. He does not work for any college though he is a big player in the college basketball front. That is where you draw the biggest connection. William Wesley goes out to High school kids who are looking to make it big and says things like when its time for you to get an agent CAA is the way to go we have all these connections past the field and into hollywood. But do to the tie with Nike he has to say they are with NIke and they need to go to a NIke school to be taken by CAA. (That is why NIke is so important when it comes to schools), and what is a better way to assure that a high school senior will eventually go to CAA, because once they hit college WWW can not communicate with them, so how does CAA keep high school stars interested well why not have someone that is allowed to talk to them during college. Like a coach. Coach Calapri that is. WWW pushes to CAl so cal will push to CAA and thats how WWW and CAL gets paid. Its a big circle but its pretty genius and pretty cheap.
Why Teague is coming to UL
Think about what he has done in the past week or so.
1. He did not talk about his commitment or when he was going to commit.
2. It becomes public that John Wall and company are going pro then boom like clockwork it comes out that he is going to commit at the BOO Williams Camp (this is a NIKE event). This means he was planning on committing to UK and it was probably a done deal.
3. Brandon KNight said he did not want to be a one and done player. Which means thats he would be around during at-least Teagues first year. This being said Teague changes his commitment date
4. He changed his commitment date because UL is a Adidas school, and it would not have been classy at all and could have cut out future show deals by committing to an Adidas school at a NIKE camp.
This is why there is no longer a question in my mind that Teague will be a Cardinal.

Freedom Hall
How much does Freedom Hall me? I can tell you my simply looking at the clock and it being 2:09 in the morning and i can not go to sleep because of the excitement i have for tomorrows final game in the Hall.
Although i am not fortunate enough to have memories dating back as far as most people, it does not make my love for the place any less. I remember being young and loving game day, it did not matter what team we were playing, but as long as i knew i was going to get to watch my CARDS i knew it was a good day. As a child i was not able to attend games in person, but when i was around 12 years old my mom took me to my very first UL game using tickets she had gotten from a friend. I cant recall who we were playing but i just knew that i was fascinated by how tall all of the players were in person, and it was also where i got my first and as of now last favorite player to wear a UL uniform Clifton Reese Gains. Although i love every player that has ever put on a Cardinal uniform Gains holds a special place inside my heart.
Even though Reese is my favorite player of all time, he is not in my favorite memory of Freedom Hall. I went to WKU last year and i drove back for almost every single home game we had, but there were two games i told my self i would not miss for the world. One was T-Wills senior night against Marquette, and the other was the game against at the time #1 Pitt. The Pitt game takes my favorite memory in Freedom Hall. It was the loudest i have ever heard that building, with posters of Earl Clark and nuts in your face Harongody all around the student section, to me being on ESPN, and if you were there you know the importance of Earls step bak three with the shot clock running out at the top of key, and how vital that shot was to win the game. That 3 seconds in time where Earl drained that shot is my favorite Freedom Hall moment. I think that it might just change tomorrow though.
Go CARDS, send us out right......... Beat Syracuse!
Dieng
I am talking with Gorgui Sy Dieng now, and he will be at the Syracuse game on Saturday. We need to make sure it is the rowdiest game of the year, so he will commit. Get out there in forces and be loud, be crazy lets leave Freedom Hall on a win over the top team in the nation, and now hopefully a big commit after the game. Lets Go Cards, Beat the Syracuse Orange!
National signing day
Dominique Brown made it official this morning and signed his letter of intent with the CARDS. Also, Todd chandler is reported to sign with South Florida a little later today, and Jamaine Brooks after rumoring going to Minnesota signed his letter of intent with Louisville as well. Keep up to date with this posts comments and i will continue to post letter of intents, and keep you up to date. Keep checking this post to be sure.
Dominique Brown CARDS top QB option commits to Louisville
New Updates
Just thought i would stop in and give you some new updates on Recruiting and Charlie Strong doing work. After a huge commitment this weekend from Deon Rogers Coach Strong wasted no time, he hosted Dominique Brown this weekend a QB that appears to be the CARDS number 1 choice for next year. He has said he had a great time, but will not talk anymore then that. Sources close to Cinncinati is saying he is headed to the CARDS but he will not say anything until Signing day, Also Preston Brown a 3 star Linebacker is expected to go where every Dominique goes.
But with the good comes the bad, DT Todd Chandler, that was a lock for UL said he is done with his recruiting but will not say where he is going. Alot of sources are saying he is going to South Florida, but he wont talk till WED. WEdnesday is going to be a big day for Cardinal friends.
Deon Rodgers
Georgia OLB commit Deon Rodgers has been flirting with Louisville since Charlie Strong took over as head coach, and today he stopped the flirting and made it official. the very fast OLB with 4.5 speed is expected to make an immediate impact on the defensive side of the ball. This is a huge commitment and should start immediately.
Lets go CARDS and beat Those freaking West Virginia Mountaineers. Also, lets go Vandy! beat UK
Another Commit
Charlie Strong and his coaching staff are continuing to shock the sports world. While we are still waiting on 4 star DT Todd Chandler to commit to the CARDS. Charlie is wasting no time getting other DT. 6-3 290 Jamaine Brooks commited to the CARDS this morning. A very under rated player that is not ranked nationally but dont tell him that
"I feel I have them all. If I can get the right coach, I feel like I can get to the NFL.”
He is a big powerful player that could make an imediate impact on the CARDS line depending on what DT Todd Chadler does.
Now the question lies if Charlie will cut players to make scholarship room for the other 5 remaining big name recruits left with only 1 scholarship left. These palyers include
Dominique Brown- Louisvilles number 1 QB option visiting this weekend.
Todd Chandler- Any where besides UL would be a huge upset
Kadron Boone- 4 star WR- GReat Player immedate starter, between us and LSU
Deon Rodgers- OLB committed to Georgia, but has a great relationship with Charlie.
Preston Brown- OLB committed to Cincinnati, but expected to make the jump.
Kadron Boone
Texas Tech WR commit Kadron Boone finished up his visit at UL today and he was greatly impressed. We sit high on this 4 star WR list right now. He is still going to visit LSU, WVU, and GA. but we are up there.
“They're going to be making some noise in the Big East and throw a lot of different things at the defense. I really liked the game-plan the offensive coordinator had and I like what Coach Strong is doing. Louisville is very high right now with me.”
4.28 forty!!!!!
We have a 6'1 195 pound running back coming to visit this weekend that runs a 4.28, that is crazy and makes commit Corvin Lambs 4.31 look slow. His name is Senorise Perry. We are clearly Recruiting him to play offense, and they have told him they want him to play many different positions. Im not sure what that means but it sounds like a wildcat type formation, after the history of our new offensive coordinator and his option style attack.
DE Changes his commitment to Louisville
The 4 star DE committed to Georgia B.J Butler officially changed his commitment to Louisville today. His and Charlie Strong relationship is a a "Father son Relationship" and he wants to be there with Charlie to help turn us around. He is very fast for his big body and runs a 4.7. He has played OLB DE QB and WR. He will anchor the D line for four years. He would be starting immediately.
