Sir Alex Ferguson was not interested in talking about the Ryder Cup. He mad.

Sir Alex Ferguson was testy in his Monday press conference and not even the Ryder Cup could cheer him up. Apparently he hates Europe.

"Listen, listen. This is a press conference about a bloody football match. You [want something] to play at the top of your programme. We're not answering that. We're here to talk about football."

You would think that he would want to talk about something other than Saturday's loss to Tottenham Hotspur. They were thoroughly outplayed in the first half, unhappy with Chris Foy not giving them a penalty and then Ferguson was so outraged when he did not get his beloved Fergie Time that he called it "an insult to the game".

But that is what he wanted to talk about. Is he a masochist?

Ryder Cup, you are off limits. Batman, on the other hand -- that is a non-football topic he may make an exception for.
