I went out a played a little hockey tonight, got my feet all tangled up with someone else, hit the ground hard and pinned my arm under myself making it bend in a way that it usually doesn't.
Anyway, to make a long story short, my arm is killing me right now so I'm going to go and ice it and go to bed. I stayed and finished the game though and even scored a goal, but I really couldn't do much after the injury except be a pylon out there.
