Guns Blazing in Pitt-Oklahoma State

There haven't been many million-dollar rebounds for DeJuan Blair to pocket in the Pitt-Oklahoma State match-up, as the Panthers and Cowboys aren't missing much. The tournament has seen a regular schedule of clanks (for the most part), but through a half these two have shot 61%, and a stunning 55% from three. Someone delivered a massive load of onions to the arena in Dayton. 49-49 at the half.

↵* Kansas took a lead of a half-dozen over Dayton into the break. The Jayhawks would be comfortable if guard Brady Morningstar (the Big 12's top shooter) hadn't missed all four of his threes. Cole Aldrich and Sherron Collins have dominated, but help hasn't come.

↵* Wisconsin is in another dogfight, leading Xavier by a point early in the second. I'd tell you more, but the 10 minutes of non-crunchtime Wisconsin basketball I was forced to watch put me to ... zzz ... zzz ...

↵* Arizona is a #12 seed. Cleveland State is a #13 seed. Yet, according to everyone on CBS with a microphone, Cleveland State is the budding Cinderella. Jordan Hill, Chase Budinger and Nic Wise have a 10-point lead on the fake princess.↵
