Yes, Our Reaction to the Mark Buehrle Perfect Game Was Similiar

↵Did you hear about this Mark Buehrle fellow? He tossed a perfect game yesterday, in case you somehow hadn't heard. ↵

↵I post the video above for two reasons: 1. MLB hates puppies and embeddable videos, so I'm not even going to mess with posting video from the game that will inevitably be yanked from YouTube within 24 hours. 2. Watching the Phillies check out the game gives you a great insight into what a fraternity pro sports is. Yeah, it's competition and all that when teams are on the field/court/ice/etc., but this was one of those special cases of being able to put aside any sort of personal bravado and recognizing a truly remarkable achievement. ↵

↵Oh, and that DeWayne Wise catch in the 9th inning? Sick. Good thing these folks in the front row didn't pull a Bartman. ↵
