There wasn't much movement in the second half of the day of the second round at the Travelers Championship. The day finished with Justin Rose atop the leaderboard at 14-under after shooting a field best 8-under 62 on Friday. American Kevin Suntherland claimed sole possession of second place going into the weekend with a 10-under for the tournament after shooting a pair of 5-under 65s in the first two rounds. Four golfers, including Vijay Singh and first round co-leader Charlie Wi, are tied for third at 9-under. Irishman Padraig Harrington, who led along with Wi and Matthew Goggin after the first round, shot a 1-over 71 on the day to finish at 5-under and tied for 23rd place.
The cut will be set at 2-under. Among those that did not make it into the weekend: the pride of the PGA Tour, John Daly.
