Heard this: As the trade deadline nears, the interest in Brewers outfielder Corey Hart is picking up. SF, TB, others....
Hart is due to be a free agent after the 2011 season, and 2010 has seen him break out, with a .910 OPS and 22 home runs. It's clear why he's drawing interest, as he has a relatively low price tag for the rest of the year and carries a middle-of-the-order bat. There are just two big questions:
(1) Where does Hart stand on the market with Jayson Werth also rumored to be available?
(2) Will anyone cave in to the Brewers' demands, as they're looking for top young starters in return?
