NFL Preseason: Cowboys Probably Want A Mulligan Against The Raiders

The reaction of Blogging The Boys to the Cowboys 17-9 loss to the Raiders: Throw it back!

BTB describes the game as "sloppy" citing the halftime stat that neither team had gotten to 100 yards of offense.

You know things didn't go your way in a game when special teams are the highlights.

Special teams were the MVP tonight. David Buehler knocked his kickoffs for touchbacks. He put all his field goals down the center. The coverage teams were exceptional. Mat McBriar kept Dallas in control of the game when he sent a punt from his end zone to the Oakland 32. A Raiders penalty meant that Dallas punted from its two and put the Raiders on their 22.

The Cowboys now leave Texas for the cool temperatures of California for the rest of training camp.
