For every columnist that got upset when Dez Bryant refused to carry fellow wide receiver Roy Williams' shoulder pads after practice at Cowboys' training camp -- a common form of rookie hazing in the NFL -- allow Travis Ivey to ease your pain.
Ivey, a rookie defensive tackle with the Dolphins, shouldered the load* after Sunday's practice: four sets of pads on his back, and one more in each hand.
