Shocking Reunion: Kwame Brown Signs With Michael Jordan's Bobcats

Kwame Brown has become a journeyman since being a bust as the No. 1 pick in the 2001 Draft, but it always seemed fair to assume that he would never play for Michael Jordan again after Jordan mercilessly rode him during his Wizards tenure.

Therefore, this news should come as a shock to everyone. According to ESPN's Marc Stein, Brown has decided to sign a one-year contract with Jordan's Bobcats.

Kwame agrees to one-year minimum deal w/Bobcats to try to "create a new chapter," according to Bartelstein, after unhappy Wiz chapter w/MJless than a minute ago via TweetDeck

The Bobcats could use another big man after trading Tyson Chandler to the Mavericks, so Brown can help them, but it seems so crazy that Brown would ever voluntarily play for the same person who called him a word-that-rhymes-with-maggot in his rookie season. I guess time (and money) does heal all wounds.
