Right now it looks like winner of lil nog and bader. All are great opponents and @jonnybones would welcome the challenge.

It's not exactly an "in stone" announcement that the winner of Antonio Rogerio Nogueira vs. Ryan Bader will be next up for Jones but it's enough confirmation that the idea is being considered to discuss it. Jones has been destroying guys as of late but he's been destroying guys like Brandon Vera and Vladimir Matyushenko. Both Nogueira and Bader are big time steps up in competition for Jon.
Nogueira has sick boxing but he was outwrestled in his last bout by the lightly regarded Jason Brilz. It's clear that Jones would have the big time wrestling edge, but at the same time Nogueira's jiu-jitsu game is a new type of challenge for him. Meanwhile Bader is a solid wrestler with huge power in his punches. I don't know that I'd take Bader to win a wrestling match against Jones but his power should make Jon a little hesitant to rush in looking for a similar level of destruction to what he has accomplished thus far in his UFC career.
