The C.J. Spiller holdout has reached its conclusion.
ESPN's Tim Graham reports that Spiller and the Buffalo Bills agreed in terms to a five-year, $25 million deal, with a maximum value of a whopping $37.5 million. He'll get $20.5 million in guarantees.
The 2009 ninth overall pick, B.J. Raji of the Packers, got $17.7 million guaranteed.
Russell Okung is now the only remaining first round pick that has yet to sign.
