On Friday morning, ninth overall pick C.J. Spiller agreed to terms with the Bills leaving just Russell Okung left to sign.
According to ESPN's Chris Mortensen, Okung and the Seahawks have agreed on a six-year contract.
The maximum value is $58 million with $30 million guaranteed.
Last year, the sixth overall pick (Andre Smith) signed a four-year deal with $21 million guaranteed.
Okung becomes the last first round pick to agree to terms and the last of all the draft picks to agree to terms.
