College Basketball Rankings: Duke Drops To No. 4; Ohio State Overtakes No. 1 Spot

After losing to unranked Florida State in its first ACC road test, the Duke Blue Devils have dropped from one to No. 4 in the latest AP college basketball rankings. Ahead of Duke in the poll are three undefeated teams, led by Ohio State, which takes control of the top spot with a 19-0 record. At two and three, respectively, are Kansas and Syracuse.

Outside of the power conferences, the Mountain West continues its outstanding season, with two teams showing up in the top 10. San Diego State remains undefeated and sits at No. 6, while BYU is in at No. 9.
