Bill Raftery is on the call for the call for the opening game of the NCAA Tournament's second (first, really) round between Murray State and Colorado State on CBS.
Knowing that, a couple of Rams fans have chosen to commemorate the occasion by paying homage to Raftery's signature phrase in mask(?) form.
