The Final Four is nearly upon us. While the Kentucky-Louisville rematch has garnered plenty of press, Saturday's late matchup between the Ohio State Buckeyes and the Kansas Jayhawks could be just as intriguing. Thankfully, SB Nation's Bill Connelly is here to fill you in on everything you need to know about both teams heading into what should be a very tight NCAA Tournament semifinal:
Jared Sullinger was on the sideline for the Buckeyes' 11-point loss to the Jayhawks in Lawrence last December. The fact that he is back and playing some of his best basketball of the season in the tournament could turn the tide in favor of the Buckeyes. Still, Kansas has somehow managed to win consistently throughout the year despite poor free throw and 3-point shooting, and high turnover rates.
Connelly is taking the Buckeyes to win close, 73-72, on Saturday. For even more in-depth analysis, his breakdown of both Final Four games is a must-read. Also be sure to check out college basketball editor Mike Rutherford's full recap of the previous meeting between the two teams, and what it can tell us about the game ahead.
