Peyton Manning isn't the only player being discussed in the Arizona Cardinals front office. According to ESPN's Adam Schefter, the Cardinals are expected to release left tackle Levi Brown, who as the fifth pick in the 2007 NFL draft.

It was previously reported that if the two sides can't agree to a contract restructure that Brown would likely be releasedso this shouldn't be a big surprise. Brown is due a $6 million roster bonus and the Cards are expected to release him before that hits. Brown's release could clear over $14 million in much-needed salary cap space, especially if Manning is in the Cards plans.

Brown will become one of the best offensive tackles on the market in a weak class. This could be a blessing for him because he'll draw some interest on the free agent market.
