GIF Tournament III: West region, featuring GIF legends Philip Rivers and Ace Sanders

Dang, y'all. On the first day of GIF TOURNAMENT III, we counted over 10,000 votes in deciding the first eight GIFs to advance to the next round. (You can view the GIFs and see the results here.) Frankly, only one of the eight contests were close. I think we'll be in for some stiffer competitions today.
