The Buffalo Sabres unveiled their new third jerseys via the Twitter account of forward Steve Ott on Wednesday afternoon. The club has been teasing the new jersey for weeks and played up a bit of banter with Ott, who posted pictures of himself modeling the new jersey under the guise of leaking the design.

As the pictures display, the jersey is two-toned with the front being primarily yellow and the back being navy. The jersey certainly is unique by NHL standards and is a far-cry from the recent trend of developing "classic" designs such as the new jerseys unveiled by the Carolina Hurricanes, Dallas Stars and San Jose Sharks earlier this summer.
What do you think of the sweater? Are they candidates for our biggest mistake list?
