Though fantasy football leagues were turned upside-down with Ryan Tannehill, Eli Manning and Ryan Fitzpatrick cracking the top 10 in points among quarterbacks for Week 7, no one could touch Seattle's Russell Wilson, who continues his tremendous season by racking up points on the ground as well as through the air.

Wilson dominated the St. Louis Rams in a losing effort, racking up 313 passing yards, 106 rushing yards and three total touchdowns. Wilson's on pace to rush for a whopping 872 yards and is now above Aaron Rodgers and Philip Rivers in fantasy points per game. His recent success is reflected in our staff's QB rankings for Week 8 in a juicy matchup versus the Carolina Panthers.

Elsewhere, Joe Flacco, who has recently flashed the form of his dominant 2012 postseason run, is expected to turn back into a pumpkin once the Baltimore Ravens hit the road versus a struggling Cincinnati Bengals defense. Flacco's Week 7 opponent, Matt Ryan, also took a plunge down the rankings after going his third straight week of scoring just one touchdown.

There are no particularly significant injuries. Robert Griffin III is targeting a Week 11 return, and will be an interesting option to rank as Washington tries to figure out their season. For Week 8, Eli Manning and Colin Kaepernick will be out on their team's respective byes. Kaepernick ranks No. 7, and Manning ranks No. 11 in standard leagues.
