On third-and-goal, Brian Hoyer scrambled, and then realize he had a receiver open in the end zone! Except the receiver was open because he was, like, wayyyy past the line of scrimmage and therefore not eligible to throw:
There's been a rash of this going around recently -- FSU, Rutgers, and Alex Smith have had issues with this of late -- but Hoyer is the farthest, by far, past the line. And the ensuing field goal attempt was blocked -- perhaps it might've had a better chance if Hoyer had tucked the ball and not cost his team yardage.
