The end of Butler-Notre Dame regulation was BONKERS

In-state opponents did wild things in the NCAA Tournament, ending with Notre Dame heading to the Sweet 16.

Notre Dame beat Butler in overtime, but the Fighting Irish never would've gotten there had it not been for a wild ending to regulation.

Kellen Dunham had a shot for the win for Butler, but Pat Connaughton took that shot and sent it miles and miles and miles away with a vicious block:

Butler only had the ball because of a double dribble call on Notre Dame: Zach Auguste -- a 6'10 center, not the guy typically assigned to bringing the ball upcourt -- clearly started dribbling, briefly held the ball with both hands, and started again:

Nice catch by the ref to make a call you're typically not looking for in a crucial moment:
