To be a good QB, you have to be a leader. Oklahoma's Baker Mayfield is a leader:

Mayfield, a transfer from Texas Tech, is in the mix to start for the Sooners. If I were Bob Stoops, I'd end the competition now. This is your guy. Look, one of Oklahoma's other QB's literally transferred today because of how much obviously better Baker Mayfield is than pretty much everybody in the world.

Kliff Kingsbury taught him well.
