The San Diego Padres were down 0-1 against the visiting Colorado Rockies. Though a run to tie the game would have been nice to see for everyone in attendance, fans got more than that. They got rain. Lots of it. Enough for a rain delay in drought-stricken California in July.
Even the Padres organization was pretty shocked that this #RainDelay happened.
