Another week, another quarterback on the injury report. It's welcome news for neither fantasy owners or wide receivers alike, and these injuries can change the entire scope of fantasy football.
In Week 3, it was apparently Ben Roethlisberger's turn to get hurt, as he joins Drew Brees, Tony Romo and Jay Cutler on the sidelines. With Tom Brady and Marcus Mariota on byes, one of the deepest positions in fantasy football is looking a little thin in Week 4. The likes of Antonio Brown, Brandin Cooks and Terrance Williams could see their stocks drop, but Brown is quarterback-proof as far as the SB Nation fantasy staff is concerned.
As far as stock that's not dropping? Look no further than A.J. Green, Steve Smith and Julio Jones, who topped the fantasy leaderboard in Week 3 and shouldn't have a problem nearing the top of the ranks once again. Smith has monopolized the receiving game in Baltimore, Green can't be stopped by the Ravens and Julio Jones is just Julio Jones. Let's see how they stack up for Week 4.
